Domino’s (Anniesland)

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Our client was looking to achieve a new flagship store in the former BJ’s pub / clue at Annieland Cross.

SOLUTIONS DELIVERED

SWB conducted a thorough survey of all elements within the pre-determined scope of the works, which was to include stripping the premises back to the shell including the removal of the mezzanine floor and fully fitting out to Dominos high standard of work.

This included the replacement of all new perimeter shopfront, reconfiguration of the main entrance, plus all of the internal work including, lay in ceiling, flooring, dry-lining, Decoration, HVAC and electrical works.

We advised on everything from the program of works, structural elements, sourcing and supplying all materials needed as well as co-ordinating with the client throughout the project.

We managed to hand the job over on time with SWB’s high standards of finish of the final product.

Domino’s (Kilmarnock)

Our client was looking to achieve one of the biggest Domino’s store at the time in the former Morrisons Local in the town centre, with a 5 week turn around.

Elmwood Nursery

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Our client was looking to make the premises of the well established nursery bigger, by taking over the existing doctors surgery next door, as well as make changes to the existing premises.

SWB conducted a thorough survey of all elements within the pre-determined scope of the works, which was to include stripping the premises back including the removal of internal walls to give a more open planned space and fully fitting out to the clients high standard of work.

This included the relining of the interior walls, plus all the electrical, plumbing, decorating and ground works including the new mono block car park and gates. We advised on everything from the program of works, structural elements, sourcing and supplying all materials needed as well as co-ordinating with the client throughout the project.

Snap Gym (Glasgow)

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Our client was looking to move the main entrance to do away with the porch. With all the works to be completed within a 24hour period.

SOLUTIONS DELIVERED

SWB conducted a thorough survey of all elements within the pre-determined scope of the works, which was to include stripping out of the existing main entrance, moving of the fire alarm break glass, and fitting an electric strike access, as well as renewing the suspended ceiling and extending the internal plasterboard walls.

We managed to get the job completed within the time scale with SWB’s high standards of finish.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Our client was looking to move the main entrance to do away with the porch. With all the works to be completed within a 24hour period.

Our client was looking to achieve a modern coffee shop within the custom built for purposes unit, within 5 weeks.
